Group Therapy Associates is committed to providing you with the most convenient way to
    get the services that you need.  We are pleased to offer a 24hr. Online Scheduling System.

    Simply click on the scheduling button above to schedule your appointment with us.  Our Online Scheduling
    system is easy to use.  Creating a user name and password only takes a minute and after that you can login
    anytime to schedule an appointment for one of our services or sign up for a workshop.  To join a group follow
    the instructions below.

    If you are interested in participating in group therapy, please complete the form below.  We ask that you
    complete the form in its entirety so that we may contact you to complete the intake process.

    Please be reminded that you must submit payment 7 days prior to the start date of any group or
    workshop in order to hold your place.  Groups require a $35 non-refundable enrollment fee.  Workshops
    must be paid in full.  

    Someone from our office will call to confirm  your registration and payment.  At this time, credit card payments
    can  only be made through our Online Scheduling system or by phone.  If you prefer, you may mail a check to
    the address below.  Fees for groups and workshops can be found on our Fees page..
