Payment Policy
    When enrolling in group therapy, we request that the $35  non-refundable enrollment fee be paid in advance.  
    Workshops must be paid in full. Your payment should be made at least 7 days prior the first group
    session or you will be removed from the group roster.

    Payment for in-office consultation, assessment, and ongoing individual therapy appointments are required at
    the time of service.  

    Phone consultation appointments must be paid in advance online using our Online Scheduling system or
    by phone.

Payment Types
    Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.  Please note that credit card payments can
    only be made online or by phone via your therapist.   Please note that there is a $35 returned check fee.

Insurance Policy
    We are pleased to accept most Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans.  Please check with Anthem
    regarding your specific plan benefits.  For those clients who do not use Anthem, we encourage you to talk
    with your insurance company to see if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. We are happy to
    provide clients with a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier and/or Flexible Spending Account.  Please
    see our FAQ page for more details.

Cancellation Policy
    Group therapy requires the commitment of each member.  With that in mind, we do not prorate or discount
    for missed sessions.  If you do not show up for your scheduled group appointment; you are still responsible for
    the full cost of that session.  If you find that after the first session you can not maintain the schedule, please
    speak with your therapist and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

    If you have scheduled a consultation or an assessment appointment and you need to cancel in less than 24
    hours, we will grant your request and you will be charged half of the respective fee(s).

    If you are canceling a workshop, please do so at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop date for a full refund.  
    Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the workshop will result in a $25 administrative fee.  
    Cancellations made less than 1 week prior will require full payment.

Inclement Weather Policy
    During inclement weather we will be closed if Prince William County schools are closed or if
    weekend/evening activities are cancelled. If you are unsure, please contact us.
