Group Therapy Associates is a forward thinking mental health care center dedicated to improving relationships and
helping clients build the life they want. We specialize in working with couples, teens, and their families. We believe
that through compassionate and competent mental health care we can improve relationships, strengthen families, and
help shape emotionally healthy young adults.
One of our primary services is group therapy; because we believe that the dynamics of group therapy, when
led by skilled professionals, can be a powerful catalyst for growth and change. But we know that group is
not a perfect fit for every client and so we offer a wide range of mental health services to meet the needs
of couples, adolescents, and their families.
Individual counseling and couple counseling services in non-group settings are available in addition to
one-day workshops, consultations, and written assessments.
